A few miles inland from the coast, nearby Tri-Link's Cafe, the earth slopes downward into a valley, serving as a natural barrier for a thick, black forest. This forest, better known as the Nera Woods, is as thick with mystery as it is with vegetation.. At the entrance, two figures stand, the larger one carrying the smaller one as they converse with one another.

Ayn: Are you sure this is the place, Bianca?
Bianca: Penso così. Lotti degli alberi!
Ayn: Yes, you're right.. lots of trees. I can't think of any other place you might have wandered off to.. Remind me to punish you later for coming here in the first place.

Ayn: I have no idea.. I just found out about the stone a few hours ago, you know. *Sighs* I will explain what I do know, however:

Rand, as you all know, was my caretaker until I was about 13. He must have implanted the artificial demon, Avversa when I was around 4 or 5, because that's when I first started hearing him..

My mother was caretaker of Malvagita's Stone apparently.. Since my dad died after Bianca was born, and I was gone dealing with the demon, there was no one to protect Mom, really.. Leaving Rand open to take the stone. She must have put the stone in Bianca's doll right before she died.

....That probably didn't make much sense, but I'm still trying to figure it all out for myself. I'll see what I can come up with later, right now we need to find Rand and get the stone back.

*The blast from Gale knocks the statue's arms off, and it screeches.. The final blow from #1 sends the statue's head flying, and it collapses in a heap*
